Ecologia Oggi, stato di agitazione dipendenti per turni “poco organizzati”

Come OO.SS., pur essendo a conoscenza delle indicazioni della Commissione di Garanzia, siamo però altrettanto convinti che la salute dei lavoratori e di tutti i cittadini riveste un aspetto prioritario, pertanto stiamo a denunciare che Ecologia Oggi SPA, in queste settimane di emergenza coronavirus, ha fatto pesare ancor di più l’atteggiamento di grave chiusura, toni e modi arroganti e non conciliabili con la necessità di far sentire i lavoratori tutelati.

Non solo da più mesi, come è ormai noto a tutti, si ripete il sistematico ritardo nel pagamento degli stipendi, ritardo deleterio per chi quotidianamente svolge con professionalità e impegno il proprio lavoro e che si trova ad affrontare anche le esigenze del vivere quotidiano, a tutto questo si aggiungono comportamenti unilaterali discriminatori e antisindacali che determinano un clima di poca serenità, turni di lavoro non adeguatamente organizzati, lavoratori in ferie forzate da tempo; tutto questo sembrerebbero segnali di una difficoltà nell’organizzazione del lavoro.

Quotidianamente, per come riferiscono gli stessi lavoratori, nel cantiere di Cosenza si ripetono continue vessazioni e provocazioni, che determinano un clima di nervosismo. A nulla sono valsi gli incontri con il Presidente Guarascio, che aveva promesso di mettere mano ad una situazione diventata non più sostenibile.

Non siamo più disposti a tollerare tali comportamenti che minano il rispetto della persona e la dignità del lavoratore, e che si concretizzano in comportamenti unilaterali e discriminatori portati avanti da chi rappresenta l’Azienda. A nulla sono valse le richieste al Presidente di mantenere fede agli impegni presi presso la Confindustria di Cosenza: ripristinare un clima di fiducia e di professionalità. La misura è ormai colma, pertanto le scriventi OO.SS. hanno proclamato lo stato di agitazione del personale.

Lo stato di agitazione è motivato dalle seguenti mancanze:
per i continui comportamenti, da parte della Direzione Aziendale, che in modo unilaterale e discriminatorio nei confronti dei singoli lavoratori, determinano da parte dell’Azienda l’attribuzione di ferie forzate, turni di lavoro non adeguatamente organizzati e un clima di stress-correlato causato dalla gestione dell’emergenza CORONAVIRUS.

Questa situazione rischia di compromettere il corretto funzionamento del servizio, con le conseguenti negative ricadute in termini di salvaguardia ambientale.

Per quanto precedentemente esposto, è stato chiesto a sua Eccellenza il Prefetto di Cosenza., una convocazione in merito alla vertenza in oggetto, preferibilmente in modalità telematica.
